This course equips individuals and teams to recognize threats, respond effectively, and increase safety before, during, and after active threats. It is designed for workplaces, schools, and community groups, and it is delivered in plain, practical language rather than dramatized scenarios. The aim is a calmer, clearer team, not a frightened one.

Employers who need every staff member working from the same plan, schools preparing their own protocols, and community groups who want a shared understanding of what to do. Because your instructor teaches inside your own building, the guidance is grounded in the actual layout your people would be responding in.

Before
Recognizing early warning signs and building a plan your team already knows, rather than working one out in the moment.

Clear, trained responses that reduce hesitation, adapted to your own building and exits rather than a generic floor plan.

What to do once the immediate threat has passed, including accounting for your people and coordinating with responders.
