Our CPR and First Aid courses teach essential skills to respond to cardiac emergencies, choking, bleeding, and injuries. Participants learn hands-on techniques using real equipment and guided practice to build confidence and competence. Nobody leaves having only watched a demonstration; everybody works the compressions, the rescue breaths and the bleeding control themselves, with an instructor correcting technique in the room.
Who this is for
Workplaces that need a certified team, families who want to know what to do at home, and community groups preparing together. Sessions are arranged around your group and delivered where you already meet, so the practice happens in the setting where you would actually use it.

How a session runs
Practice on the manikin, not just the theory behind it
Cardiac emergencies
Recognizing a cardiac emergency and starting compressions without hesitating, practiced repeatedly until the rhythm becomes automatic.
Choking response
Clearing an airway calmly and correctly, for adults and for the specific differences a choking child or infant presents.
Bleeding and injuries
Controlling bleeding and treating common injuries with the same kit you would reach for in your own building.
Our instructors come to you, whether that is a break room, a classroom or a community hall. Accredited by American Trauma Event Management and EMS Safety Services, with instructor backgrounds spanning nonprofit, corporate, emergency medicine and rescue sectors.
